Our staff is on call 24 hours a day seven days a week. Our motto, “Every Patient. Every Time.”, underlines that our goal is to be extremely reliable and quick to respond in the performance of our services. We understand the importance of timeliness in the delivery of our services - especially when a patient is in distress, or has a scheduled procedure.

We strive to respond to urgent or “stat” cases within a 2 hour response time, once we have confirmation of dialysis orders. Routine dialysis treatments can be arranged for any time. We staff our client hospitals so that we can provide our services as needed, around the clock.
